11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Antigua, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed in Antigua. You agree that if you have any dispute with the company you will contact us in order to settle through negotiations and mutual understanding. If the solution can not be reached in negotiations you agree and hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the official courts in Antigua.
